This 8-week instructor-led certification program is designed for motivated individuals ready to break into one of the most rewarding and high-earning sectors of the healthcare industry.

Classes meet every Tuesday evening from 4:30–7:00 PM online — live, instructor-led sessions you can attend from anywhere in the country. What is Healthcare Sales & Business Development?

Healthcare sales professionals serve as the critical link between medical product and service companies and the healthcare providers who use them. In post-acute and community-based care — including Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and community health services — sales and business development professionals are the engine that connects patients and families to the care they need. They build referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and social workers, and they represent their organization in the community every single day. Beyond post-acute care, healthcare sales spans pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, diagnostic labs, health IT firms, staffing agencies, and more. It is a relationship-driven, performance-based career with strong earning potential, flexible schedules, and the deep satisfaction of knowing your work directly impacts patient outcomes. Business development roles extend this further — into strategy, partnerships, census growth, and market expansion within healthcare organizations of all types.

Where Can I Work?
